
Vanilla Pudding
| 1/3 | cup | sugar |
| 1/4 | cup | corn starch |
| 1/8 | tsp | salt |

| 2 3/4 | cups | milk |

| 2 | Tblsp | margarine |
| 1 | tsp | vanilla |
| |
|
| Makes 2 1/2 cups - about 4 servings |
|
Mix sugar, corn starch and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in margarine and vanilla. Chill.
