
Pumpkin Bread
| 3 1/2 | cups | flour |
| 2 | tsp | baking soda |
| 1 1/2 | tsp | salt |
| 1 | tsp | cinnamon |
| 1 | tsp | nutmeg |
| 2 3/4 | cups | sugar |
| |

| 7 | ounces | oil |
| 3 to 4 | | eggs |
| 2/3 | cup | water |
| 2 | cups | pumpkin |
| |
|
| Optional: |
| 1 | cup | nuts and/or |
| 1/2 | cup | raisins |
| |
|
| Use 3 greased, floured loaf pans |
Sift dry ingredients. Add remaining non-optional ingredients. Mix til smooth. If desired, add nuts and/or raisins.
Place in greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
