Sweet and Sour Sauce
| 1 | | clove garlic, minced |

| 1 | cup | broth ( 1 vegetable bouillon cube |
| | dissolved in 1 cup water) |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar |
| 1/3 | cup | red wine vinegar |
| 2 | tsp | soy sauce |
| |

| 2 | Tblsp | cornstarch |
| 1/4 | cup | cold water |
Saute garlic briefly in a little oil. Stir in next four ingredients. Bring to boiling. Boil rapidly one minute. Slowly blend cold water into cornstarch. Stir into sauce. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
