
Lassi (Sweet Yogurt Shake)
| 1 1/2 | cups | plain yogurt |
| 1/4 to 1/3 | cup | sugar |
| 8 to 10 | | ice cubes |

| Optional: |
| | fresh or frozen fruit of your choice - |
| | ( 1/2 to 1 peach or mango is excellent in this) |
| |

| Makes 1/2 quart ( 2 to 3 servings) |
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. (I believe that traditionally, chunks of ice are left remaining, but I like it blended smooth.)
Pour the beverage into chilled glasses. Serve immediately.
