
Yogurt
| 4 | cups | milk |
| 1/3 | cup | instant nonfat dry milk |

| 2 | Tblsp | plain yogurt |
Slowly stir dry milk into liquid milk. Heat almost to boiling. Cool to lukewarm. Stir yogurt then add to warm milk. Mix well, then incubate in a yogurt machine or in a warm place such as a gas oven with just the pilot light for 8 - 9 hours. Refrigerate.
